The work:
• Brand identity
• Tagline
• Value proposition
• Visual identity
• Website
• Communications strategy
• LinkedIn launch
We heard:
While CPMC had steadily grown its systemic influence behind closed doors, its stature outstripped presence, and its outdated brand and website. It’s story of driving national healthcare reform, and specialist access in rural and regional Australia, remained largely untold.
CPMC didn’t need minor adjustments – they needed a new brand platform to amplify their unified voice, evidence their national impact, and connect high-level policy work to the real-world health outcomes of everyday Australians.
The difference:
Working with the CEO and COO, Senti overhauled CPMC’s organisational identity, elevating it from administrative forum to authoritative national leader. We translated the strategic position it already occupies into a sharp tag: the voice of Australia’s medical colleges. This anchors its new visual identity system. A new brand mark pairs a neoclassical, flared logotype with an emblematic symbol, evoking legacy and contemporary authority. The primary brand color palette centres on a high-hygiene deep blue, offset by tones projecting human impact.
CPMC digital footprint was completely re-conceived, to deliver a dynamic website that could serve as an accessible source of truth. And a new communications strategy immediately operationalised the brand, with cohesive content and a tactical LinkedIn launch plan, leveraging the leadership voices of the executive team to capture direct engagement.
