
Melinda Scaringi and David Constantine have between them more than 50 major awards for their campaign and brand work, and sit on industry and judging panels for awards schemes covering comms, design and innovation. Over more than a decade, their work has significantly shifted the dial on ‘wicked’ social and environmental issues – from equity, diversity and inclusion, to community cohesion, sustainability, clean energy and climate change.

As a communicator focused on impact, Melinda delivers award-winning campaigns, content and strategy that make a difference. She brings deep knowledge across challenging spaces, including public policy, equitable health, education and the climate transition. People are at the centre of everything she does, with behavioural science a lens routinely applied. A business leader and non-executive director, her experience spans 20 years supporting governments, companies, academia and not-for-profits, working within and alongside. She is currently deputy chair of the board of the Yarra Energy Foundation.
David has over two decades experience working with brands, products and campaigns across public and private sectors in Australian, European and US markets. As a creative business leader, advisor and non-executive director, he helps leaders navigate complex challenges through the integration of strategy, behavioural insight, identity and creativity. A former AGDA State President and National Board Member, David is a speaker, educator and regular commentator on applied creativity. He serves on the board of the Art Gallery of Ballarat and has led award-winning work spanning government, health, education, culture and climate.
